Shipping policy
1. Delivery Area
We deliver:
- within the Republic of Croatia
- within the European Union, excluding countries that are not covered by our delivery network
Delivery availability by country is clearly displayed during the checkout process.
2. Delivery within the Republic of Croatia
Delivery fee: EUR 5.00 (VAT included)
The delivery fee is fixed and does not depend on the weight, volume, or delivery address within the Republic of Croatia.
Estimated delivery time: up to 3 business days from order confirmation
Delivery is handled by GLS.
3. Delivery within the European Union
Delivery fee: EUR 10.00 (VAT included)
The delivery fee is fixed for all supported EU countries.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from order confirmation
Delivery is handled by GLS and its local partners.
Delivery is not available to all EU member states; unavailable countries are automatically excluded from the checkout process.
4. Calculation and Display of Delivery Costs
The delivery cost:
- is automatically calculated during the checkout process
- is clearly displayed before final order confirmation
- The Regulus business system generates an order confirmation that includes the product price and delivery cost.
5. Inability to Deliver
If we are unable to deliver any of the ordered products, the Customer will be contacted by email or phone in order to arrange:
- a product replacement, or
- partial or full cancellation of the order
- Available products may be shipped separately, subject to prior agreement with the Customer.
6. General Notes
Delivery times are indicative and may exceptionally be extended in cases of force majeure, increased order volume, or delivery service delays. The Customer will be informed accordingly.
