Refund policy

In accordance with Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to unilaterally terminate a contract concluded outside of business premises or remotely, without providing reasons, within fourteen (14) days. This period begins on the day when the goods forming the subject of the contract are handed over to the customer, or to a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier.

To exercise the right of unilateral termination of the purchase contract, a correctly completed copy of the Withdrawal Form must be submitted before the expiration of the stated period, together with the original invoice. The form can be sent in a package together with the goods to Glavička Ulica 25, 21230 Sinj or to the email address: info@optikazlatarnavitic.com.

Form

A prerequisite for unilateral contract termination is that the goods have not been used and are in their original packaging, including original labels. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will assess their condition. If it is determined that the goods have been used or their value has diminished, contract termination and refund will not be possible.

The customer must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The seller undertakes to refund the full amount paid by the customer within fourteen (14) days of receiving written notice of contract termination. The seller is not required to issue a refund before the goods delivered to the customer are returned.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method the customer used unless the customer explicitly agrees to another means, and as long as no additional costs are incurred by the customer for such a refund.

The right of unilateral termination does not apply in the following cases:

  • If the contract is for services that the seller has fully performed, and performance began with the consumer’s explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that they would lose the right to unilateral termination once the service is fully executed.

  • The subject of the contract is goods or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control, which may occur during the right of withdrawal period.

  • The subject of the contract is goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly customized.

  • The subject of the contract is sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if unsealed after delivery.

  • The subject of the contract is goods which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • The consumer specifically requested the seller visit for urgent repairs or maintenance. If, during such a visit, the seller provides additional services or goods not expressly requested, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal for those extra items.

  • The contract is for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

  • The contract is for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if performance began with the consumer’s explicit prior consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal rights.
